EMBROIDERY SCISSORS SAJOU S MOTIF MOTHER OF PEARL IVORY 4-1/2 INCHES!<br>!<br>PRODUCT DETAILS<br>:<br>Slight defect - some dark spots throughout the finish which occurred during<br>polishing<br>phase (see picture #2)<br>Ships from USA<br>Fine European craftsmanship, made in France<br>Comes in beautiful Sajou gift box<br>This spectacular pair of embroidery scissors features the S motif.<br>The handles are made from imitation mother of pearl, a material which was often used in the past for delicate sewing items.<br>The pompon on these scissors has a small medaillion with a hollowed out "S" in the same material as the scissors. I<br>t takes a dozen qualified people to make each pair.<br>Presented in a Sajou box. A label on the inside cover explains the manufacturing process.<br>An important detail enables us to judge the quality of a pair of scissors; the pairing marks - the number which you can see on the interior of each of the blades( you will notice the number "1" on the photos presented here). This number is different on each pair of scissors and indicates that both parts have been paired together from the first assemblage to make a perfect match.
