This listing is for a darling white cotton Victorian petticoat!
The waist has button holes so I assume it fastened to a camisole.
The waistband is flexible because there is not a button.
I have it pinned in the back, but it could be 18” to 20” in circumference depending on what type of closure used.
It is tightly gathered so it is very full.
The crochet lace is 4 1/2” long at the peak. It is quite lovely. I assume it is hand made but I’m not sure.
There are 7 rows of pin tucks. Each are 1/4” wide.
There are a few unnoticeable stains and holes which I have photographed and marked.
This could be worn or displayed. If nothing else the crochet lace could be repurposed.
