    GIRLS Size 4 or 5?  "VINTAGE" 1950's Lt-BLUE PETTICOAT/SLIP by ???  NO Size or Name Brand TAGS,  MATERIAL: SHEER - Possibly ORGANZA - Not Sure - Just a Slight STIFFNESS, Light Powder-Blue Shade,  LENGTH: 20" from Shoulder to Hem,  Shoulder to Shoulder WIDTH: 9.5" Across,  CHEST: 12.5" Across (Pit-Pit) or 25" Around,  WAIST: 25"   The Skirt Section is 11.5" Long,  Don't see any RIPS, TEARS or STAINS,  VERY NICE "VINTAGE" PETTICOAT/SLIP in VGC.  *It belonged to a friend of mine who is almost 69 years old*
