Please note that flat rate shipping quote is for curbside delivery ONLY. Please note that shipping directly to NYC is an additional . You may also coordinate your own shipping or pick up the item in person if you prefer.
Typically, once an item is paid in full, we require 5 business days to prepare, package, and schedule pick up of your item(s) with the shipping company.  When the item(s) leave our dock for FREIGHT shipment, it will generally take 10 business days until the shipping company contacts you to schedule CURBSIDE delivery.  FREIGHT shipping requires the buyer to be present at time of delivery to remove purchase from freight vehicle.  Driver is not responsible for placement of item(s). A liftgate is available upon request for an additional fee and typically recommended for items in excess of 200 lbs.  Shipping to NYC and it's five boroughs require an additional fee. You can ask about other shipping options (white glove, pick up, etc.) if you prefer.
Item(s) not requiring freight delivery may be shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS.

Bill of Lading
. Please report any issues to us within 24 hours of delivery and keep original packaging until any issues are addressed.  Anything to the contrary may nullify shipping claims.
Item(s) can be inspected in our actual store prior to purchase. Item(s) purchased may also be picked up in our store to avoid shipping cost.
