Shipping Information
1. Free Shipping.
Our Free Shipping program is for palletized freight shipments only. If you pay the full eBay List price for the item we will include in the free shipping program both lift gate service (where the driver helps take the item off of the truck) and inside delivery service (where the driver will help move the pallet inside your garage or front door) whenever possible.
Free Shipping is only available to qualified addresses in the continental USA. Qualified addresses are limited to areas where large trucks can easily access your curb and our free shipping program does not include delivery to remote and difficult to reach areas that can not be easily reached by a large truck without incurring extra costs.
We are not the shipping company. After your item has left our facility you will be given a tracking number for the shipment and any questions that you have about your shipment must be directed to the shipping company.
If your package appears damaged upon arrival, check the item(s) for damages before the driver leaves. Do not sign for the piece if it is damaged. Once you sign for the item we have no recourse with the shipping company.
2. Delivery Times.
In stock items normally ship out within a few business days of the funds clearing into our account. For Palletized freight items that qualify for the Free Shipping program this means your items will arrive in about two to three weeks.
3. Packing.
We pack everything well beyond industry standards to ensure your items safe arrival. If the package appears damaged upon delivery you most note the damage (a few cell phone pictures are helpful) with the driver on the shipment papers and refuse the shipment. If everything looks fine, then accept the delivery and inspect the goods before the driver leaves.
4. Insurance.
Your item(s) leaves our building insured for the full amount that you paid for it. If you open your item and find it damaged you will need to file a claim with the shipping company.
5. Worldwide.
We will be happy to ship to locations outside of the continental USA, please provide us with your full address so we can provide a shipping quotation before purchasing. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage and freight charges etc.
