    Vintage Childs Young Girls White Petticoat Skirt Slip w Lace Trim & Tulle ~ Singing Needles
    I would say this is from around the 1950's-1960's
    Very nice condition. There are no stains on it. The only flaw I find is there is about a 2" area where the netting has come away at the seam (photo 12). There is no tear in the netting but it just separated at the seam. Elastic waists still has some stretch left to it. There are what I would call 3 layers. The solid white bottom layer then there is a 6 1/2" lace ruffle near the middle (photo 6 & 7), then the 9" netted layer at the bottom with lace trim edge. (photo 8 & 9).
    Color: White (Not that bright crisp new white but more of an soft off white probably from age, but it is not yellowing in any way)
    TAG: 100% NYLON Exclusive of Decoration RN 14515 ~ 4175 M by Singing Needles
    Measures 9" waist. Length 25".
    Freshly washed and hung up to air dry.
