    Vintage 50's Little Girl's White Petticoat Crinoline Half Circle 3-LayerTulle Slip w/ Roses.  No size tag, but this should fit a teenage girl or smaller lady.  Un-stretched waist & length are both 20 inches.  Three layers!  I'm not an expert in fabrics, but I think the outside slip is nylon, followed by tulle, then a stiffer cotton blend fabric.  PRE-OWNED, clean, no rips/tears/holes (except the waistband has come apart approximately 2 inches.  Email any ?s.  Ask about shipping worldwide.  Best of luck!
